The ARJES EKOMAXX is a high-performance mobile single-shaft shredder designed for efficient pre-shredding and volume reduction across a wide range of waste and recyclable materials. Combining a powerful drive system with intelligent control technology, the EKOMAXX delivers consistent performance, excellent fuel efficiency and low operating costs for waste management companies, recycling facilities and biomass processors. Powered by a 310 kW (422 HP) Volvo Penta Stage V diesel engine, the EKOMAXX is built for continuous operation in demanding environments. Its heavy-duty crawler track chassis provides excellent on-site mobility, while the hydraulically adjustable counter comb and interchangeable shaft tools allow operators to optimise the machine for different material streams. Suitable for processing Construction & Demolition Waste, Commercial & Industrial Waste, Household Waste, Waste Wood, Green Waste, Biomass, Waste Tyres, Paper & Cardboard, Plastic Waste and Lightweight Scrap Metal. Designed for high productivity and simple operation, the EKOMAXX features ARJES' intelligent SCU control system with remote operation, automatic overload protection, a reversible cooling fan, water spray system and an integrated overband magnet for efficient ferrous metal separation.
